Prenotazioni
Per confermare la prenotazione, vi verrà chiesto di inviare un deposito di prenotazione. L'importo è solitamente pari al 30% del totale. L'acconto può essere versato tramite bonifico bancario o paypal.
Una copia della ricevuta del bonifico può essere inviata via e-mail o whatsapp.

Cosa è incluso nel soggiorno
Il soggiorno presso le nostre camere comprende l'uso dell'acqua, della luce, della piscina (quando è aperta) e delle strutture comuni agli ospiti e la pulizia finale, 1 set di lenzuola e asciugamani.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato con wc, bidet, ampia doccia e lavandino. Ingresso privato. Dispongono di un piccolo frigorifero interno, di un bollitore con tè e caffè istantanei; di piatti, posate e bicchieri da vino. Parcheggio privato.
La camera con giardino è dotata di una cucina completa, con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde e frigorifero grande.

Regole della casa
- Rispetto generale e cura della proprietà.
- Sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia, ma è necessario chiedere.
- Fumatori: Non è consentito fumare all'interno delle camere.
- Non è consentito organizzare feste o eventi
- I minori devono essere sempre sorvegliati dai genitori o da chi ne è responsabile.
- Nella camera con giardino, i letti del soggiorno saranno preparati solo per gli ospiti che superano le due persone.
- La temperatura della casa nella stagione invernale non supererà i 19° C. Per temperature superiori (max 21°) verrà richiesto un supplemento di 20 € al giorno.
- La piscina è stagionale. Di solito è aperta dal 1° maggio al 30 settembre. Rispetto del regolamento della piscina e del condominio.
- Obbligo di fornire i documenti di identità per il rispetto della legge italiana.
- All'arrivo gli ospiti devono firmare un contratto di locazione.
- I rifiuti devono essere gettati via. Ci sono appositi contenitori (anche per la raccolta differenziata) a 800 m di distanza, nel parcheggio del ristorante "La Speranza".

Pagamento del soggiorno:
Il saldo è richiesto in contanti, con carta di credito o paypal all'arrivo. Carte di credito accettate: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.
American Express, Diners card non sono accettate.

Cancellazione del soggiorno programmato
È possibile cancellare qualsiasi prenotazione senza alcuna penale, a condizione che la cancellazione avvenga almeno 30 giorni prima del check-in. Dopo questo termine, tratterremo l'importo corrispondente alla caparra confirmatoria versata dal cliente (30% del totale).

Accettazione dei nostri termini e condizioni
L'invio della caparra per la prenotazione della camera, secondo i termini sopra elencati, indica la conoscenza e l'accettazione da parte del cliente delle condizioni sopra descritte.

Privacy
Ai sensi del Codice della Privacy, che entrerà in vigore il 30 giugno 2005, al cliente verrà richiesto di compilare il modulo di accettazione del trattamento dei dati personali del cliente ai sensi dell'art. 13 del Codice della Privacy, oltre a tutte le informazioni relative al trattamento dei dati personali. 13 del Codice della Privacy, oltre a tutti i dati necessari richiesti dalla legge.

Reservierungen

Was ist bei Ihrem Aufenthalt inbegriffen?
Ihr Aufenthalt in unseren Zimmern beinhaltet die Nutzung von Wasser, Licht, Schwimmbad (wenn es geöffnet ist) und der gemeinsamen Einrichtungen für die Gäste und die Endreinigung, 1 Satz Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette, Bidet, großer Dusche und Waschbecken. Privater Eingang. Sie verfügen über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher mit Instant-Tee und Instant-Kaffee, Teller, Besteck und Weingläser. Privater Parkplatz.
Das Gartenzimmer ist mit einer kompletten Küche ausgestattet, einschließlich Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank.

Hausregeln
- Ein allgemeiner Respekt und Pflege des Eigentums.
- Kleine Haustiere sind erlaubt, aber Sie müssen fragen.
- Raucher: Es ist nicht erlaubt, in den Zimmern zu rauchen.
- Es ist nicht erlaubt, Partys oder Veranstaltungen zu organisieren.
- Minderjährige müssen immer von ihren Eltern oder denjenigen, für die sie verantwortlich sind, beaufsichtigt werden.
- Im Gartenzimmer werden die Betten im Wohnzimmer nur für Gäste mit mehr als zwei Personen aufgestellt.
- Die Temperatur im Haus darf in der Wintersaison 19° Celsius nicht überschreiten. Bei höheren Temperaturen (max. 21°) wird ein Aufpreis von 20 € pro Tag verlangt.
- Der Pool ist saisonabhängig. Normalerweise ist er vom 1. Mai bis 30. September geöffnet. Die Vorschriften für den Pool und die Wohnanlage sind zu beachten.
- Ausweispflicht zur Einhaltung der italienischen Gesetze.
- Bei der Ankunft müssen die Gäste einen Mietvertrag unterschreiben.
- Der Müll muss entsorgt werden. Es gibt spezielle Container (auch für Recycling), die sich 800 m entfernt auf dem Parkplatz des Restaurants "La Speranza" befinden.

Bezahlung des Aufenthaltes:
Der Restbetrag ist in bar, mit Kreditkarte oder Paypal bei Ihrer Ankunft erforderlich. Akzeptierte Kreditkarten: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.
American Express, Diners Karten werden nicht akzeptiert.

Stornierung des geplanten Aufenthalts
Es ist möglich, jede Reservierung ohne Strafe zu stornieren, vorausgesetzt, die Stornierung erfolgt mindestens 30 Tage vor dem Check-in. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist behalten wir den Betrag ein, der der vom Kunden geleisteten Anzahlung entspricht (30% des Gesamtbetrags).

Akzeptieren unserer Geschäftsbedingungen
Mit der Überweisung der Anzahlung zur Reservierung des Zimmers gemäß den oben genannten Bedingungen bestätigt der Kunde, dass er die oben genannten Bedingungen kennt und akzeptiert.

Datenschutz
Gemäß dem italienischen Datenschutzgesetz, das am 30. Juni 2005 in Kraft tritt, wird der Kunde gebeten, das Formular zur Einwilligung in die Verwendung seiner persönlichen Daten gemäß Art. 13 des Datenschutzgesetzes auszufüllen, neben allen gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Daten.

Reservations
In order to confirm your reservation, you will be asked to send a booking deposit. The amount is usually 30% of the total. The booking deposit can be paid by bank transfer or paypal.

What is included with your stay
Your stay at our rooms include the use of water, light, swimming pool (when it is open) and of the facilities common to the guests and the final cleaning, 1 set of sheets and towels.
All rooms have a private bathroom with toilet, bidet, large shower, and sink. Private entrance. They have a small fridge inside, a kettle with instant tea and instant coffee; plates, cutlery and wine glasses. Private Parking.
The garden room is equipped with a full kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and big fridge.

House Rules
• A general respect and taking care of the property.
• Small pets are allowed but you have to ask.
• Smokers: It is not allowed to smoke inside the rooms.
• It is not allowed to organize parties or events
• Minors must always be supervised by their parents or those they are responsible for.
• In the garden room, the beds in the living room will only be made up for guests exceeding two.
• The temperature in the house in the winter season will not exceed 19° Celsius. For higher temperatures (max 21°) an extra charge of €20 per day will be requested.
• The pool is seasonal. Usually open from May 1st to September 30th. Pool and condo regulations to be respected.
• Obligation to provide identity documents for compliance with Italian law.
• On arrival guests must sign a rental agreement.
• Garbage must be thrown away. There are special containers (also for recycling) located 800m away, in the parking lot of the restaurant "La Speranza".

Payment of your stay:

Cancellation of scheduled stay
It is possible to cancel any reservation without penalty, provided that the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in. After this period, we will keep the amount corresponding to the confirmation deposit paid by the customer (30% of the total).

Accepting our Terms and Conditions
Sending the reservation deposit to reserve the room, according to the terms listed above, indicates the customer's knowledge and acceptance of the conditions described above.

Privacy
according to the Italian Privacy code, which will come into force on June 30th 2005, the customer will be asked to fill in the acceptance form on the use of the customer's personal details according to art. 13 of the Privacy code, besides all the necessary data required by law.
